Hiring Chief Finance Officer (CFO) – Real Estate Developer Company

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Our client,  a leading real estate developer company based in Dubai, UAE, committed to delivering exceptional and innovative real estate project is looking to welcoming a talented CFO who will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial future and contributing to the continued success in the Dubai real estate market.

As the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), you will be a key member of the executive leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to drive the financial success and sustainable growth of the organization. You will oversee all financial activities, manage risk, and optimize financial resources to support the realization of our company’s vision and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CFO or similar executive role in a real estate development company in UAE.
• Languages: English – advanced, Russian – professional (will be an advantage)
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry, market dynamics, and financial drivers.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, financial strategy management
• Deep knowledge of financial statements, IFRS standards, UAE tax legislation (including DIFC)
• Understanding of risk management
• Qualified finance professional (CA/CPA/ACCA) (will be an advantage)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage financial teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and contributing to business growth.
• Familiarity with local regulatory and tax laws related to the real estate industry in Dubai.
