Sales Management: Lead and mentor international sales teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Implement best practices in sales processes to optimise customer engagement and satisfaction.

 

Key Account Oversight: Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of key accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs.

 

Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, leveraging insights into cultural and business practices to tailor approaches for different regions.

 

Talent Development: Champion talent acquisition and development within the commercial team, ensuring a pipeline of skilled professionals who can contribute to the organisation’s growth ambitions.

 

Bid Leadership: Oversee the development and execution of large-scale, complex bids for both public and private sector clients, ensuring competitive positioning and high success rates.

 

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.

 

What we are looking for:

 

Experience: Proven track record in a Chief Growth Officer or Senior Commercial Officer role, with extensive experience in leading large, complex commercial functions.

 

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with integrated services and solutions, likely from within the Facilities, Engineering, Defence or Security sectors.

 

Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing and scaling international sales teams, with a focus on talent acquisition and professional development.

 

International Acumen: Strong understanding of international tendering processes and business practices, with a history of successfully navigating diverse markets.
