Chief Marketing Officer (cmo)

Description:

We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with expertise in the GCC market to drive the growth of our fintech product. As the CMO, you will lead our marketing strategy from pre-launch through post-launch, driving user acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement in the GCC region, starting with the UAE. You will work closely with the CEO and CPO, building and leading a team while developing a flexible, data-driven approach to prioritize growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*Launch Strategy: Develop and execute a launch strategy focused on PR, influencer marketing, and user acquisition.

*User Acquisition: Build and optimize campaigns to hit user targets, focusing on CAC and LTV metrics.

*Brand Building: Establish and maintain a strong, positive digital brand reputation.

*Social Media Marketing: Drive strategy to build a loyal community across platforms.

*Team Management: Recruit and lead a high-performing team with scalable processes.

*Budget Management: Manage budgets efficiently, focusing on high-ROI channels.

*Analytics: Track and report key metrics like CAC, LTV, and user engagement.

*Collaboration: Work with the CPO to align marketing and product strategies.

*Scaling Across Regions: Expand marketing efforts from UAE to the broader GCC market.

*Proven leadership in fintech marketing, ideally with startup experience.

*Strong understanding of the GCC market and growing regional user bases.

*Demonstrated ability to pivot, experiment, and drive rapid growth.
