Proven experience leading a team of EA's or Personal Assistants
Experience working in a family office, or corporate industry
Ability to work varying business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
Excellent organisation skills; proactively assisting with minute taking and other operational tasks
Agile and able to manage duties being assigned with a high degree of prioritisation
Proven ability to take initiative, anticipate and solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision
Able to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism
