Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles and a proven track record of driving technological innovation and success.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ALand FZE AI Marketing Agency located in Ras Al Khaimah- UAE. As the CTO, you will be responsible for leading software development projects, managing IT strategies, overseeing architecture and product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute the company's technology strategy to align with business goals.

· Lead and manage the technology team, including software development, IT, and network security.

· Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.

· Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks and the deployment stack) to deliver quality products.

· Ensure the company’s technological processes and service comply with all requirements, laws, and regulations.

· Monitor and analyze technology and trends that could improve the company’s products and performance.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as Product, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure technology initiatives align with business needs.

· Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the technology team.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including 5+ years in a senior leadership position.

· Proven experience in managing software development teams and IT infrastructure.

· Strong knowledge of technology architecture, software development methodologies, and product lifecycle management.

· Exceptional project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and change.

· Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
