Civil Chief / Civil Engineer

Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with 7+ years of Oil & Gas experience and leadership capabilities.

Salary: AED 5,500 + Offshore Allowance.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 7+ years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing Civil maintenance plans and annual budget estimation
- Communicate maintenance procedures to subordinates for controlled execution of Civil works
- Prepare maintenance and repair schedules as per company standards
- Log and monitor all maintenance and inspection activities
- Manage stock levels for spares, consumables, and materials
- Attend to breakdowns and implement corrective actions
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Support AIMS (Asset Integrity Management System) tasks

Key Skills:

- Civil maintenance, budget planning
- Team leadership and site supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD is a plus)
- Time management and multitasking
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Valid UAE driving license required
