Description:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer position with experience in villas and construction in Dubai. Must be a Civil Engineer graduate. And should have DM G+4 Approved and Valid UAE D/L.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site management, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills.
- Good computer skills with a working knowledge of Auto Cad & Microsoft Office.
- Monitoring and interpreting the design and drawings provided by the consultant.
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Responsible for Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Preparing site reports as required weekly & monthly
- Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
- Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in UAE contracting industry
- Must be a Civil Engineer graduate
- Must have valid UAE DL
- Ability to handle multiple jobs at one time.
- Ability to complete quantity take-off efficiently.
- Good negotiation skills to develop good deals with suppliers.
- Good communication and correspondence skills.
- Experience with the contracting company would be advantageous
