Civil Foreman - Marine Experience

Description:

Supervise marine construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements.
Ensure accurate implementation of approved drawings on-site.
Oversee daily operations, coordinating with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Project Managers for quality, availability, or environmental issues.
Allocate tasks to technicians and charge hands, ensuring workers have proper tools and correct drawings for their tasks.
Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
Promote safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
Investigate delays or deviations, providing necessary instructions to workers.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and coordinate with the HSE Site Officer.

Additional Requirements
Knowledge of quay wall works, marine furniture maintenance, piling, marina installation, rock works, and concrete works.
Experience coordinating diving works and knowledge of dredging and trenching operations.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 4 years of marine construction experience in the UAE.
License: Valid UAE driving license.
