About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Key and Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Site supervision
• Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines
• Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities
• Determine and present estimates of operational costs
• Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development
• Create graphical representations of proposed solutions
• Able to meet project deadlines on time an make sure its aligned on the project timeline

Site Engineer Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Preferably with DM Licence G+1( ideally G+4)
• Considerable experience in a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design
• Proficiency in Autocad
• Proven track record for managing personnel and material resources
• Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Active listening and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies
