As a Civil Supervisor, you will oversee the implementation of critical civil systems and structures in large-scale projects, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and efficiency. Your central role involves detailed supervision of the construction of structures, foundations, drainage systems, and other essential facilities, ensuring that the most rigorous technical and safety standards are met to achieve the comprehensive success of the project.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 15 years of experience supervising civil work in Oil and Gas EPC projects.

• Deep knowledge of internationally recognized technical regulations in the sector, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ACI 318, ASCE 7, AISC 360, BS 8110, and other relevant standards.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects without compromising safety or quality.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate in a multicultural environment and promote a culture of safety and quality.

• Capacity to make informed decisions and tackle technical challenges swiftly and efficiently, prioritizing safety and quality.

• Essential: Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in English, the official language of the project.
