Over since its inception in Q4 2023, HRhipp FZE has grown organically as a Recruitment Agency serving the GCC region. With one year in the making, we've seen steady growth, going from 1 client to 2, then from 2 to 4, and now to a double-digit client base. Our goal for the short-term is to shift from growth to expansion and to make those quantum leaps by doubling the number of clients by early Q2 2025.

With this as the ambition, we are looking to hire someone who's picked up the phone, sent those Emails, used various CRM platforms, attended networking events and onboarded new clients to support them on their recruitment mandates. If you're physically based in Dubai (not anywhere else, but in Dubai) and have done this for about 4 - 5 years in the city, then we'd like to see you over for coffee!

Wrapping up, this is a commissions-centric role. If you're familiar with the real estate industry, that's exactly how the compensation is set up for this role with an almost invisible ceiling on the commissions. Finally, this is your opportunity if remote-working is your thing. Except for two days in the week where the entire team meets in person, the rest of the time you're on your own, wherever you choose to be (in Dubai).
