Client Coordinator

 

Description:

We need Experienced Client Coordinator (minimum 1-2 years experience in company formation/business setup) with sound knowledge in Mainland/Free Zone and Offshore Company Setups in the UAE.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Process all transactions with the highest quality (no errors), ensuring internal procedures are followed.

Communicate Freezone government entities' (local & federal) processes and requirements to internal and external stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for processing freezone transactions relating to visas, permits, license registration in compliance with UAE government authorities.

• Coordinate with our Corporate Advisors and the Operations Department to ensure smooth documentation process.

• Providing administrative support as needed

• Making professional phone calls and constant follow up with clients.

• Manage client portfolio

• Act as a mediator between the clients and the organization.

• Demonstrated experience in providing excellent client service

• Positive attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
