Description:
Assist the Digital Sales Leader in managing end-to-end selling for key accounts in e& enterprise and work with Business Team in UAE Telco, and other LoB BD teams as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build, foster and maintain relationships with key accounts in the digital solutions portfolio that generate high revenue and/or provide substantial grown opportunities and potential
- Build specialization amongst team member for specific industries (for instance, BFSI, Aviation, Government and Utilities etc.) and utilize said experience and expertise to close sales and assist clients with their needs
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements for all key account holders and articulate specific industry-related market trends, as well as customer threats, opportunities, and barriers to growth
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure that the correct products/ solutions and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities and develop, if necessary, robust business cases for new solutions required by key account customers, to instigate decision-making
- Serve as the link of communication between key account customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by key account customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust, and escalate issues as needed to the Digital Sales Leader
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Be the customer trusted digital advisor for key account customers to help them envision a transformational roadmap
- Advocate for e& enterprise’s vision, value proposition and diverse offerings, by conceptualizing, planning, and leading adoption o its solutions among existing and potential key accounts
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for consumption by internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics (for instance, periodical sales, YoY sales growth, etc.)
- Continue to provide overall relationship management services to key accounts in the development, delivery and operations phase, in order to address issues or bottlenecks and escalate to e& enterprise Sales Head as needed
- Communicate and collaborate with the LoB Sales teams, Marcom team, Tech. & Ops. Teams, to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Masters’s degree with 7+ years of total experience in enterprise technology sales and consulting driving customer business outcomes
- UAE National with Government Sales experience
