This role is an outstanding opportunity for a talented practitioner who is experienced in the methods and application of design thinking, co-creation delivery and business and delivery acceleration. You'll work to redesign and deliver Gravity's approach to highly effective client engagement, continuously aligning key stakeholders to shared outcomes and compressing time to outcome.
Key responsibilities sit across three dimensions:
- Client and Gravity delivery team facilitation
- Project delivery (working with a project manager)
- Redefining, growing and championing Gravity iLabs' approach to client engagement across the project lifecycle

Specialist skills required:
- Business knowledge and methodology: You can engage confidently with client content and contexts and apply design thinking approaches, models and methods to deliver results
- Delivery execution: Implement project operating cadences to foster co-creation across the project lifecycle, initiating and leading facilitation of ceremonies, forums, workshops and ad-hoc interactions across that cadence.
- Define Success: Lead client conversations and help our senior consulting and delivery teams to translate needs into scope.
- Design the work: shape the work by designing and running fit-for-purpose client experiences.
- Deliver outcomes: Lead streams of work and working sessions to enable implementation of our product and the design of engaging visualisations and workspaces to outcome.
- Creativity: Bring a creative bent to the way we design and deliver work, combining best-practice methods with your own charismatic approach to engagement.
- Methodology: Knowledge and experience of agile, design thinking, MG Taylor/Collaboration Code, rapid prototyping or other relevant methodologies would be highly beneficial in this role.

- Client Experience: Build strong client relationships and guide the project journey to deliver a great holistic experience. Create meaningful connection between client and internal teams as and where appropriate
- Organise and Execute: You are great at planning and delivering projects whilst balancing client and team needs.
- Foster positive work environment: Work closely in teams with awareness of strengths, weaknesses and preferences and to foster a positive working environment that will enable our people and clients to excel
- Communicate with impact: You have excellent written and presentation skills, and can effectively facilitate senior executive and mid-level management stakeholder groups.
- Business development: Build client relationships, identify opportunities, help plan and price work and help build winning proposals.
- Commercial rigour: Basic ability to track and deliver to a budget.
Helping build Gravity capability:
- Team Development: Enhance the team and shape ways in which we can improve our client engagement, particularly within projects.
- Knowledge and application: Absorb new content quickly and knowledge and creatively utilize a variety of sources to inform thinking
- Insights capture and sharing: Share new knowledge across the team and coordinate knowledge capture.
Experience required:
- Direct, practical work experience in large organisations, working in particular with senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Consulting background is a plus .
- Extensive application of design thinking and delivery acceleration methodology while delivering large client-facing engagements.
- Evidence of facilitation expertise within a large group design processes.
- Highly adept and efficient skills in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Knowledge and understanding of co-creation methodologies like MG Taylor/ Collaboration Code etc
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Miro/Mural, Microsoft Teams, etc
- Experience working with very senior executives across organisations, and the ability to translate needs and requirements across levels and organisations.
