Description:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates for a Client Relations Specialist. The Client Relations Specialist will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, provide customer support, build strong client relationships, and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients. This role involves communicating effectively with clients to understand and address their needs, as well as collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.
