Description:
Overall responsibility for all company incorporation and amendments (documentation process completion), labour and immigration applications, client proposal research and preparation, client banking preparation and legal compliance on all contractual relations. Presenting Creation Business Consultant and maintaining Client’s satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Ministry of Labor, Immigration Department, Police Department, Dubai Economic Department, Chamber of Commerce, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Court, UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassies, Free zone authorities, etc
- Accountable for the accurate preparation and execution of company amendments, incorporations, and government liaison applications
- Timely and accurate preparation of banking content and preparing the client for meeting with banking representatives
- Management of Labour & Immigration applications
- Ensure clients are satisfied
- Maintain long term relationship with the client
- Ensuring the CRM system and filing system are updated for all client projects
- Develop and sustain valuable relationships between CBC and all clients and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain the reputation of the company or organization
Key Attributes and Skills:
- Excellent knowledge in company and visa processes, documenting information and experience in liaising with government officials
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Attention to detail with regards to pricing, processes, communication, and data entry
- Ability to form relationships with clients
- Negotiating skills
- Must be able to multi-task and handle heavy workload effectively
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with personnel at all levels, both verbally and in writing
- Possesses a high degree of maturity, integrity and energy levels, good judgment and listening capability
Experience and education
- Degree qualified
- 5-7 years of experience working in corporate services within UAE
