Responsibilities

• Accurately author/publish content in CMS systems on behalf of clients
• Use HTML and CSS to resolve publishing issues as needed
• Support content governance by providing monthly and quarterly reviews of content for brand and digital rights compliance
• Find and resolve large volume of content bugs using an intake ticketing system like JIRA or Asana
• Recognize problems with underlying information organization and recommended solutions
• Audit content types found on websites shared drives social channels or anywhere else clients may be storing valuable assets.
• Report on audit findings and content problems using Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
• Participate in content mapping content clean-up and process and workflow mapping activities during large content migrations
