Description:
We are seeking a talented CNC Programmer with expertise in 3-axis and 5-axis machines to join our dynamic team in Dubai!
Ability to modify and/or create 3D or 2D models using SolidWorks.
- Proficient in programming and editing CNC programs.
- Experience operating CNC 3-Axis, 5-Axis Mills, and Lathes.
- Ability to bore jaws and/or make work holding fixtures.
- Grind tools to meet part or setup requirements.
- Produce and maintain all part characteristics according to specifications with tolerances as low as .001".
- Visually inspect tools for excessive wear.
- Select and install tooling as required by the documentation.
- Inspect parts for acceptance using proper inspection procedures.
- Maintain and replace fluids daily in the machines.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist shop production by helping co-workers.
- Maintain a clean work area.
🎓 Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of 2 years of related job-shop experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
