Working for Nespresso, part of Nestle, you will be joining the largest FMCG company in the world. We are about to embark on an exciting transformation and as such have identified the need to hire a number of key positions within the Nespresso Boutiques. We are currently hiring Coffee Specialists for our Nespresso UAE Boutiques, in this role you will Act as an Ambassador for the Nespresso, continually improving the experience of each customer to positively contribute to the Boutique's Performance in terms of Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty and Business Results.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Customer Experience - Brand Ambassador:
- Acts as an enthusiastic ambassador for Nespresso.
- Welcomes the Boutique clientele and identify their needs.
- Achieves high customer satisfaction through personalized and professional communication.
- Initiates our customers to the art of coffee tasting and develop their curiosity about our full range of products.
- Always maintains a customer centric approach during the interaction with her/his clients.
Generates Sales and strongly Contributes to the Boutique's Business Performance:
- Achieves results in compliance with the Nestlé Corporate Business Principles
- Carries out sales of Nespresso products presented in the Boutique (coffee, machines, and accessories).
- Leverages all received Nespresso training contents.
Coffee Expertise And Experience
- Demonstrates eagerness to learn about Nespresso brand, values, products, and sustainability, and builds knowledge fast.
- Learns continuously and integrates available information given in trainings, knowledge management tool, team meetings, intranet, etc.
- Inspires clients with authenticity and helps them explore their options for the ideal coffee proposal.
- Translates her/his passion for the brand into each customer contact by using adapted vocabulary and gives the level of information needed according to the situation of the customer.
Operational Efficiencies
- Assists with Boutique projects as needed.
- Is familiar with stock levels, stock room layout and return policies.
- Adheres to compliance and quality standards in keeping with the Standard Operating Procedures
- Overall, performs all tasks and decisions in line with our quality standards, procedures, and compliance rules,
- Ensures safe working conditions.
- Adheres to shift/work scheduling and planning.
- Participates in team meetings and contributes with new ideas and suggestions to further improve the operations.
- Helps manage/support peaks and lows in our daily/weekly operations.
What Will Make You Successful…
- Demonstrate some experience in retail, direct customer sales and service, or hospitality.
