Collection Executive

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Executive. The Collection Executive is responsible for credit control, debt collection, and communicating with clients on a regular basis. Additionally, the Collection Executive will have strong analytical skills to analyze credit reports, handle disputes, report to management, and work with the Finance department to monitor and manage payments.

• Credit Control and Debt Collection skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Basic Finance knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Experience in property management and/or debt collection is desirable
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and procedures related to debt collection
