We’re hiring to Collection Executive:
Looking only for English and Malayam speaking Candidates
1.Collection Management:
- Monitor and manage overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and send out regular reminders to clients with outstanding balances.
2. Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection status and performance.
- Update the CRM or accounts receivable system with payment information and follow-up notes.
3. Coordination with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing or payments.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate allocation of payments and to reconcile accounts.
4. Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to collections and payments.
- Identify potential risks in the collection process and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience in UAE.
