Job Description:

• The Collection Officer will be responsible for debt collection, analysing accounts, offering customer service support, and maintaining effective communication with debtors.
• The role will also involve financial tasks related to payment rescheduling and managing outstanding debts.

Requirements:

• Debt Collection and Analytical Skills.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Knowledge of Finance and accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Prior experience in collections or similar roles is preferred.
