Position:
• Collection Officer
• Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
For Collection Officer:
• Contact customers to resolve overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

For Team Leader:
• Manage and supervise a team of Collection Officers to meet targets and KPIs.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to team members.
• Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to improve team efficiency.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in banking collections or customer service minimum 1 years for officer ab d 3 years for team leaders
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Leadership experience for the Team Leader role is preferred.
