Your focus
- With a focus on bid management and procurement, you will prepare, review and negotiate agreements and contracts for the preparation and delivery of consulting and management projects
- You advise and support our specialist departments on various legal and commercial issues and examine internal group guidelines concerning the preparation of offers and contract negotiations
- You monitor and document supply activities and draft, review and negotiate supplier agreements
- Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you prepare regular reports on procurement activities and evaluate and document supplier KPIs

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the areas of bid management and / or procurement
- Successfully completed studies in business, administration or a related field
- Result oriented, analytical and out of the box thinking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and under time pressure
- International work experience and fluent business English
