Hiring Commercial Manager eStore
Reporting To: Part Leader & HoD
Position Responsibilities:
- Define product line-up strategy, roadmap and manage the product lifecycle
- Develop strategy for new products launch/introduction and set allocation
- Ensure that all products are priced competitively and define pricing strategy
- Promotion planning supported by offers and marketing activities
- Develop/expand value propositions, and sales enabler programs
- Establish winning sales strategies, integrations, partnerships, and collaborations
- Overlook and flag day-to-day sales/price gaps, issues, and SCM operations
- Closely monitor eStore traffic and sales performance to identify potential issues and propose solutions and website improvements to increase sales
- Oversee and support different teams and markets for timely execution. Closely collaborate across the online teams and the local markets teams
- Maintain business, operations, insights, trends, and performance dashboards and reports for the eStore channel
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of any business, process, and operational inefficiencies
- Ownership of eStore sales targets, KPIs, out-of-stock, aging inventory, provide necessary analysis and drive markets with action plans to achieve targets
- Align channel approach with company and division short-term and long-term strategies and vision
- Work with HQ to design a 5-year plan for the eStore
Essential skills and Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure & language skills)
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (eStore/Commercial)
- Background in Consumer Electronics/Telecom is an advantage
- Track record in designing and launching online sales propositions and programs
- Self-starter, analytical, and strategic thinker with strong commercial and technical skills
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present complex analytics to an executive audience
- Excellent time management with the ability to work on tight deadlines and handle the pressure of last-minute requests
- Ability to operate comfortably and optimally in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- Strong basic productivity tools user is a must (Excel, PowerPoint…etc.)
