Commercial Property Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Consultant to join our dynamic team at Banke International Properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing real estate solutions to commercial clients, including leasing, sales, and acquisitions. Please note that this position is commission-based only, with a commission slab of 50% to 65%.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential commercial real estate clients.

·        Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, investors, and developers.

·        Provide consultation and advice to clients on commercial real estate transactions, including lease agreements, sale, and acquisition.

·        Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on the benefits of leasing, buying or selling commercial properties.

·        Work with legal teams to ensure that all transactions are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

·        Negotiate lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and other commercial property transactions.

·        Keep up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and regulations affecting commercial real estate.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
