Job Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Cultivate a vibrant and active community around our brand. Actively engage with community members to build relationships and foster a sense of belonging.
- Gather insights and feedback from the community to inform business decisions and improve offerings.
- Content Creation and Management: create and curate engaging content (posts, discussions, newsletters, etc.) to stimulate conversation and interaction within the community and build awareness on MAKE’s offerings.
- Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Engage with our audience, monitor trends, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders. Pitch stories, coordinate interviews, and manage press coveragew.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute community events, both online and offline, to facilitate meaningful interactions and strengthen connections.
- Copywriting: Write compelling copy for various platforms, including all internal documents and marketing collateral. Ensure all copy is clear, concise, and aligned with brand identity and messaging guidelines.
- Brand Advocacy: Identify and collaborate with brand advocates, influencers, and ambassadors to amplify our message and reach new audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across communication channels. Use insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and drive continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Work with external vendors such as photographers and videographers to create visual content that supports our brand's storytelling. Coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Internal Communications: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams. Keep team members informed about key initiatives, updates, and milestones through internal channels.
- Crisis Management: Act as a point of contact for managing communications during crises or sensitive situations. Respond swiftly and effectively to mitigate reputational risks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with business objectives.
