Nas House is an exclusive membership only club that will offer a convenient location for guests where they can live, work, and have a community of likeminded people in Dubai.

The community consists of 20-30 rooms specially designed and equipped with all the comforts for the guests to enjoy a relaxing and productive stay in a welcoming, friendly and pleasant atmosphere.

As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and engaged community. Your primary focus will be on community building, organizing events, and driving sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative individual with a passion for community development and a keen understanding of Nas Daily's ethos.

What This Job Involves
 

  • Foster a vibrant and engaged community within Nas House, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and participation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Nas House and community members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cultivate relationships with community influencers and advocates to amplify the community's reach and impact.
  • Plan, organize, and execute online/offline events to enhance the sense of belonging and connection among Nas House community members.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create unique and memorable experiences for community members.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales within the Nas House community.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand community needs and preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Implement strategies to turn community members into advocates, promoting Nas House both online and offline.
