Overview: We are a global distributor of beauty products seeking a highly skilled Community Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across various social media platforms, with a particular focus on makeup products. This role involves engaging with our audience, creating compelling content, and representing our brand's voice. The ideal candidate is a beauty enthusiast with a strong understanding of makeup trends, social media strategies, and community-building techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement & Interaction: Actively engage with our community across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and curate content that resonates with our audience, including product launches, tutorials, beauty tips, and user-generated content.
- Brand Advocacy: Build and maintain relationships with beauty influencers, bloggers, and brand advocates to amplify our reach and enhance brand loyalty.
- Community Growth: Develop strategies to grow our online community, increase follower engagement, and drive brand awareness through creative campaigns and initiatives.
- Customer Feedback: Monitor and report on customer feedback, trends, and sentiment within the community, providing insights to the product development and marketing teams.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute online events, such as live streams, Q&A sessions, product giveaways, and virtual beauty workshops to engage the community.
- Crisis Management: Address any negative feedback or issues that arise within the community, ensuring a positive and professional brand image.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends, beauty influencers, and social media best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
