Description:

The C&B is the primary resource to create alignment between Human Resource and business strategy with a focus on Compensation & Benefits. The Senior HRBP effectively manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, resolution and investigations, performance management, talent/succession planning, with a focus on C&B processes including job evaluations, market mapping and benchmarking exercises, employment contract development & payroll.

Requirements:

• 7 – 10 years of HR generalist experience with a stronger focus on C&B analysis & implementation

at a country wide level

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Administration, Business Administration, or related field.

• Professional certification in HR (CIPD, SHRM etc.)

• Energy, utilities, or engineering industry experience preferred

• Skilled with business applications including MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word

• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS application preferred
