Compliance Intern

Description:

Become part of a dynamic workforce by supporting the Local Compliance Officer in the implementation and maintenance of an effective Compliance Management System. Looking for a profession and motivated candidate, who will be exposed to various compliance related topics such as compliance risk assessments, supporting to implement and to maintain an effective Compliance Program, raising Compliance and Integrity awareness on a company-wide level, as well as, supporting with effective internal and external communications.
 

• Supporting with the set up, facilitation, monitoring and reporting of Integrity, Compliance and remediation activities.
• Supporting the Local Compliance Officer in preparing communications regarding Compliance and Integrity topics.
• Supporting to identifying training needs and liaising with local management regarding the delivery.
• Participating and supporting in centrally organized meetings and trainings
   

Qualifikationen

Educational Background
 

• Law/Management Graduate or similar
   

Technical knowledge
 

• Advanced User in Microsoft Office (mainly with Excel, PowerPoint)

Soft skills/individual competence
 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player
• Time management
