Compliance Officer

Description:

Seeking a Senior Compliance Officer with expertise in crypto compliance, FATCA, and CRS policies.

Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance in cryptocurrency operations and international tax requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for crypto activities.

• Monitor transactions for AML/AML risks and ensure adherence to licensing and reporting obligations.

• Collaborate with teams to integrate compliance into product development and operational processes.

• Stay updated on regulatory developments and serve as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries.

• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports related to FATCA and CRS requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field.

• 6 years of compliance experience, focusing on crypto and international tax regulations.

• Strong knowledge of FATCA and CRS requirements.

• Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
