Job Summary: Concierges are the front face of the company who performs major duties includes greeting guests upon arrival, providing useful information about the property and community, helping guests to make travel arrangements, and addressing any guests requests and complaints to designated department
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Welcoming guests upon arrival, verify identification documents as per VRMS and collect payment as when required.
• Must be well groomed, uniformed and presentable at all times.
• Ensures that guest will not check-in or access the property without complete payment.
• Coordinate with facility manager or building security for any guests related issues.
• Provide necessary information to all guests upon arrival including but not limited to: house rules, building rules and facilities, property amenities (AC control remote, TV/Wifi, water heater, dishwasher, cooker and etc.), nearby points of interest (restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, mall, tour attractions and etc.) and relevant information on local rules and regulation, as when needed.
• Act as the point of reference for all inhouse guests who need assistance or information and attend to their requests and concerns at all times.
• Communicate all guests concerns to client relations manager for further follow up to all designated department. • Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the company and other partners.
• Manages daily arrivals and departure as per VRMS and ensures to communicate with guests for arranging of keys and access prior to check-in and check-out.
• Ensures that the property is well maintained at all times and inventory is up to date, any missing items should be reported to assistant operations managers and replenished promptly.
• Responsible for full inventory list of all properties as per assigned area. Inventory list should be completed as per compliance with DTCM standards and all mandatory signages must be installed i.e. Qibla stickers, DTCM permit, Marhaba letters, Emergency contacts and company assigned stickers.
• Regularly do a random inspection routine for all vacant units at all times.
• Responsible to provide check-out report to Client Relations Manager without fail on a daily basis. Any maintenance issues should be reported and coordinated with maintenance team.
• Ensures that all assigned properties are free of maintenance issues and ready for guests at all times.
• Inspect newly signed up properties and provide detailed report for missing items required (snagging).
• Assists on payment collections, contracts and viewings as when required by reservations department.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Assistant Operations Managers.
