Construction Disputes Associate

Description:

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

✅ Must have between 4-6 years PQE.

✅ Ideally, common law qualified (AUS, SA, UK).

✅ Must have experience working in a strong regional or international law firm within their contentious construction practice.

✅ Experience working on a variety of contentious construction matters, including complex cross-border arbitrations involving large-scale developments.

✅ Exposure to construction disputes in the UAE or wider GCC is advantageous but not essential.

✅ Candidates in the region and those abroad are encouraged to apply.
