Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team at a leading contracting company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, a valid residency permit, a valid driving license, and hold a G+1 classification.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead construction teams to ensure compliance with the project schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, progress reports, and inspection reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure their professional development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, preferably in the UAE.
- Valid residency permit and driving license.
