Construction Manager

Description:

Morgan King are currently recruiting on behalf of their client who are a leading Infrastructure contractor within the UAE. They are seeking a Construction Manager based in Dubai.

The successful Contracts Manager will be able to demonstrate a strong background in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure schemes across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis

Skills and Experience required:

• At least 10 years’ experience as a Construction manager within the infrastructure industry
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
