Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and execute medium to large-scale consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and superior quality.
- Oracle Cloud PPM Expertise: Utilize profound knowledge of Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management to enhance resource allocation, task execution, financial management, contract billing, and grant administration.
- Business Process Mastery: Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on best practices and pioneering PPM business processes.
- Client-Centric Solutions: Cultivate robust client relationships to deliver bespoke, cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborative Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Requirements Engineering: Solicit, analyze, and document client requirements, ensuring clarity and consensus for project success.

Selection Criteria
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle consultant, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle PPM implementations.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities for business requirement documentation, fit-gap analysis, and process design.
- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
- Client Relations: Proven track record of managing client expectations and maintaining a positive, solution-oriented demeanor.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing organizational effectiveness.
