Description:
We seek a highly skilled SAP Employee Central (EC) and Time Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to optimize HR processes, ensure compliance, and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Configure SAP Employee Central to meet business requirements, including organizational management, position management and global benefits.
Set up and customize Time Management functionalities including time off and time sheet.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Employee Central and Time Management modules, resolving system issues and ensuring optimal performance.
Stay updated on system upgrades and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and functionality.
Train end-users and HR teams on SAP EC and Time Management functionalities.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and SOPs.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems (e.g., payroll, finance, and third-party applications).
Support data migration and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
