Job Brief: Dubai-headquartered Shuraa Business Setup is looking for a versatile content creator to join its marketing team. The suitable candidate should have excellent corporate communication and interpersonal skills that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

Job Responsibilities:

· Campaign Ideation: Craft unique, engaging campaigns for Shuraa and its verticals.

· Event & Promotion Concepts: Develop creative ideas for events and package launches.

· Collaborative Execution: Work with designers and content teams to bring ideas to life.

· Trend Spotting: Stay updated on market trends to inspire fresh strategies.

· Performance Review: Analyze campaign results and refine for better impact.

· Brand Alignment: Ensure all campaigns reflect Shuraa’s identity and vision.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, English, or related field

· Minimum one year of experience as digital marketing intern, content creator or similar role.

· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

· Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

· The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and work in a fast-paced environment
