Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator with a strong background or interest in real estateto develop engaging and visually compelling content across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in content creation, storytelling, and the real estate industry to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires someone who can produce high-quality content, including images, videos, and written posts, while staying up to date with social media trends and the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Produce original, engaging, and brand-consistent content (images, videos, stories, captions, etc.) for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a focus on real estate.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Develop content that educates, informs, and captivates the target audience on topics related to the real estate industry, including market trends, home buying and selling tips, investment opportunities, local area highlights, and property showcases.
- Video Production: Create and edit video content (e.g., property tours, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and informative videos) to highlight listings and real estate services.
- Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and manage content across multiple platforms using scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Engagement & Community Building: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers, potential clients, and partners to build relationships and community.
- Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, mission, and values. Maintain consistency across all posts and platforms to enhance brand recognition.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and third-party tools. Provide regular performance reports and use data to inform content strategies.
- Collaborations & Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers, clients, real estate professionals, and local businesses to expand reach and engagement.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and emerging technologies in both the social media and real estate industries.
- Campaign Strategy: Help conceptualize and execute social media campaigns to promote properties, events, open houses, and other real estate services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Real Estate experience or a deep understanding of the industry, trends, terminology, and marketing strategies is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps (InShot, Canva, etc.).
- Ability to write compelling captions, blog posts, and other copy that resonates with a diverse audience.
- Strong visual and creative skills, with an eye for design and detail.
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms to improve visibility and engagement.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of real estate-specific software (MLS, Zillow, Redfin, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is an asset.
- Graphic design experience (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with video equipment or mobile filming techniques is a plus
