Content Writer

Description:

Copywriting (brand) – help support the creation and maintenance of our suite of branded documents, including brochures, website updates and key campaign elements such as social campaigns. Help bring gravitas to the work and champion the company and its staff, partners and ambassadors.

Copywriting (product) – help support the creation and maintenance of key commercial documents such as fact sheets, business plans and presentations, with a focus on presenting the business offerings with an consideration of the remits of legal and compliance.

Proofreading – help support the synergy of tone of voice across the company by contributing to existing work, helping to refine and update key copy as and when required.

Marketing Collaboration – work with the marketing team on key campaign activity including product launches and events, to produce the best written work to support the activity, as and when required.

Content Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a copywriter role within a business, or a marketing role with a focus on copywriting and branded content
• A degree in English or Marketing or related, and/or a recognised qualification in our industry sectors such as financial services, asset management or real estate
• Previous experience in copywriting is essential, with evidence of past work required
• A real understanding of B2B marketing, brands and copywriting
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• A good understanding of digital marketing principles such as social media and web
• Must have financial services experience
• Great collaboration and teamwork skills
• A creative thinker
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Knowledge of financial services is preferred.
