Contracts/subcontracts Manager

Description:

Lead and oversee the administration of post-award contracts/subcontracts for a multi-billion-dollar oil & gas plant project, ensuring compliance, cost control, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage the full lifecycle of contracts/subcontract administration, including negotiation, execution, compliance, and closeout.
✔️ Lead contract performance reviews, risk assessments, and dispute resolution strategies.
✔️ Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, cost control measures, and change management processes.
✔️ Oversee claims management and contract interpretation to safeguard project interests.
✔️ Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align contractual execution with project objectives.
✔️ Provide guidance on contractual best practices and mentor the contracts/subcontracts team.

Required Expertise

✔️ Exceptional command of English.
✔️ Deep understanding of EPC contract frameworks.
✔️ Extensive experience in claims management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

✔️ Bachelor of Engineering or Construction.
✔️ 20+ Years of total experience in contracts/subcontracts management.
✔️ Minimum of 5+ years of experience as Subcontracts Manager.
✔️ 5+ years of claims management experience.
