🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Lead the functional aspects of Core Banking implementation.
Develop and execute the implementation strategy while guiding and mentoring your team.
Oversee the implementation of FLEXCUBE across various bank sites, including user training and issue triaging.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
An Engineer or Postgraduate with 10+ years of hands-on experience in FLEXCUBE (versions 11.x to 14.x).
Proven experience in managing digital core transformation projects is a plus.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
