Description:
The Corporate Accounts Manager is responsible for leading, managing and collaborating with customers across the food and beverage sectors. You will proactively create commercial opportunities where you can promote Solenis and Solenis products. You will look to develop both customer relationships and maximize the Solenis offering. You will strive to create customer loyalty, stimulate growth and enhance profitability by driving high levels of service delivery.
The Corporate Account Manager will also be responsible for the following:
- Exploring and creating commercial opportunities with food and beverage within your designated country by clearly identify key decision makers and decision influencers.
- Lead value-added sales strategies directed at large, multi-location corporate accounts.
- Improve client satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining the Solenis brand across corporate customer locations and documenting value delivery.
- Maintain a viable sales pipeline that has key sales targets and opportunities in various stages of the sale.
- Sell new high-value programs to increase margins.
- Adopting best-in-class techniques relative to contract negotiations, deal structure, financial/P&L management
- Train, mentor and guide extended teams on account-specific goals from sales, technical, financial and marketing perspectives.
- Establish strong relationships at all levels for each corporate account.
- Achieve revenue and gross profit business goals for defined strategic accounts.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong academic background with a technical degree.
- Proven multinational sales/account management experience, preferably in a value-added industry or B2B related business.
- Exceptional selling skills and ability to sell into multiple channels with a well-grounded technical style.
- Proven ability to be successful in closing deals with complex organizations with matrix environments and multiple decision channels.
- Solid business acumen having good financial and P&L understanding.
- Executive presence with excellent communication skills, ability to influence with stakeholders and excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within your designated country.
