Corporate Lawyer

Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Lawyer at Foehn Academy of Science and Technology, with flexibility for some remote work. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for legal matters, contracts, agreements, compliance issues, and providing legal advice to support the organization's operations.

Qualifications
 

• Legal research, writing, and analysis skills
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Knowledge of corporate law and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Dubai Bar Association is a plus
