Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on hiring UAE Nationals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
