Key Responsibilities

- Should be well-versed working in finance & banking non-agreements, syndicate loan agreement, fund raisin

and fintech agreements.

- Offer comprehensive legal services covering the full spectrum of corporate transactions to clients.

- Drafting of agreements, opinions, letters etc..

- Provide ongoing legal advice on corporate & commercial law issues.

- Conduct meetings and conferences with clients on current or future matters or transactions.

- Advise local and international businesses on key matters involving crucial legal propositions including but not

limited to Real Estate, Construction, Family, Employment Law etc.

- Conduct research in all aspects of contractual law, tax, law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual

property rights, licensing, zoning laws, arbitration, civil laws ,employment law and other regulations relating to

specific areas of business.

- Mentors the junior associates in their daily tasks

- Discuss strategies and delegate tasks as needed.

Skills

- Thorough procedural and legal knowledge

- Proven background on corporate law (contract law, tax law, securities law, etc.)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Good attention to detail to be able to analyse case files and data

- Should have an experience of 5+years
