Description:
As the "Corporate Services Sales Head", you will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth across our corporate services portfolio. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of corporate services, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and target achievement.
- Identify new business opportunities, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity to drive the company's growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate services or business setup sales in the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong network within the UAE’s corporate and business community.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a competitive environment.
