Description:
Hiring Cost Control Engineer (2-4 Years of UAE Experience)
- Project budget preparation in accordance with project estimate.
- Analyzing cost of project’s scope of work.
- Monthly cost report preparation.
- Checking and evaluation of monthly client payment.
- Interact with engineering, procurement and Technical Departments, and others as required, to maintain awareness of project activities and their impact on the project budget, schedule and cost forecast.
- Quantity surveying & estimation experience.
- Material take off experience.
- Monitoring and tracking knowledge.
- Monitor and control cost commitments and expenditures through all phases of project lifecycle.
- Monitor cost impact of achievement/non-achievement of major project milestones.
- Planning and scheduling of works as per requirement.
Qualifications:
- Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams.
- Engineering Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years UAE experience on High rise building projects.
