Cost Controller / Assistant Cost Controller
Responsibilities:
- Join our team as a pivotal Cost Controller/Assistant Cost Controller, influencing and optimizing costs in our vibrant multi-chain restaurant environments. Your key responsibilities encompass:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct regular cost analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Central Kitchen Oversight: Manage cost controls in central kitchens and production environments, ensuring efficiency and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Inventory Management: Implement robust inventory management systems, ensuring precise tracking, minimizing waste, and optimizing stock levels.
- Procurement Excellence: Lead the purchase and procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing of quality products.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and oversee budgets for multiple restaurants.
- Reporting: Generate timely and accurate financial reports, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Pressure Handling: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at handling pressure situations and meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience: Possess 5-6 years of experience in cost control within the F&B industry, with exposure to multi-chain restaurant environments.
- Education: Hold a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Driving License: A Valid driving license is mandatory for overseeing multiple restaurant locations.
- Purchase and Procurement: Demonstrate proven experience in purchase and procurement processes.
- Inventory Management: Exhibit a solid understanding and hands-on experience in implementing effective inventory management systems.
- Communication: Showcase excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Display strong time management skills to ensure the timely delivery of tasks and projects.
